By accessing or using WeReally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use WeReally. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without explicit permission.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you contribute to WeReally. By posting content, you grant WeReally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

When your community votes to license knowledge to AI providers, you grant those providers the specific rights outlined in the licensing agreement, in exchange for the agreed-upon compensation.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to post the content you contribute and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

WeReally does not claim ownership of your contributions but requires sufficient rights to operate the platform and facilitate community licensing.

All contributions must include appropriate source attribution and origin documentation.

You agree to maintain accurate records of the origins of your contributions and update them if new information becomes available.

Failure to provide proper attribution may result in removal of content and potential account suspension.

WeReally maintains records of contribution history, attestations, and edits for transparency and dispute resolution.

Communities on WeReally are self-governing within the bounds of our platform-wide policies.

You agree to abide by the rules and decisions of communities you join.

Community voting and governance decisions are binding on all members. Disputes can be appealed through our formal process.

Revenue distribution is determined by verifiable contributions, trust scores, and community-approved formulas.

You may not use WeReally to post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

Plagiarism, false attestations, vote manipulation, and other forms of fraud are strictly prohibited.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or our systems.

Automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Commercial spam, advertising, or solicitation is not allowed outside designated areas.

The WeReally platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without permission.

"WeReally" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without explicit authorization.

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

When your community licenses knowledge, you are entitled to a share of the revenue based on your verified contributions and trust score.

WeReally may charge a platform fee (currently 10%) to cover operational costs and development.

Payments are processed monthly and require a valid payment method on file.

You are responsible for any taxes on revenue you receive. WeReally will provide necessary tax documentation.

Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Unclaimed revenue may be held for up to 2 years.

Your use of WeReally is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy to operate the platform and improve our services.

You consent to the processing of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

WeReally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeReally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeReally, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the platform

- Your violation of these terms

- Your violation of any rights of another party

- Your contributions and content posted on WeReally

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of WeReally shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or urgent matters.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform immediately ceases, but your contributions remain subject to their existing licenses.

You remain entitled to any unpaid revenue share earned prior to termination.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeReally regarding use of the platform.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
